As a boutique establishment, our intimate size means that changes or cancellations have a significant impact. To ensure fairness and consistency, we kindly ask all guests to observe the following reservation policies:

• Reservation deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon check‑in. Deposits and payments may be made using Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards.

• Guest eligibility: We regret that we are unable to accommodate pets or guests under the age of 18.

• Clothing‑optional policy: Our establishment embraces a clothing‑optional environment. Guests are welcome to enjoy the property in the manner most comfortable to them, provided respect and consideration are shown to fellow guests at all times.
