Cancelation Policy

As a boutique property, our intimate size means that cancellations or changes have a considerable impact. For this reason, we kindly ask guests to observe the following cancellation policies:

• Refundable cancellations: If canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.

• Late cancellations or no-shows: For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival, or in the case of a no-show or no notice, deposits are non-refundable.

• Early departures: Guests checking out earlier than their reserved stay will incur a penalty:

  • One night for reservations of six nights or fewer.

  • Two nights for reservations longer than six nights. The penalty will be deducted from unused nights already paid. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method as the original deposit.

• Seasonal requirements: During high season, holiday periods, or special events, a minimum stay and/or larger deposit may be required. Guests will be notified of these conditions at the time of booking confirmation.
